The role

We’re recruiting for a Valuer / Sales Manager to join an ambitious independent estate agency based in Southsea.

This is a front-end role focused on winning instructions, carrying out market appraisals and driving the continued growth of the sales department. You’ll be building relationships with vendors, converting valuations into instructions and supporting the team to deliver outstanding results.

The role would suit an experienced valuer who enjoys business generation and is looking for the autonomy to influence the future success of the office.
