What’s the role?

We’re looking for an experienced Valuer or Manager to take a leading with a Salisbury estate agency that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. The company is looking for growth in the Salisbury area and is investing in 2026 to deliver this.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out valuations, winning new instructions, guiding clients through the sales process, and overseeing the smooth running of the office. You’ll work closely with the owner and play a key part in driving the branch forward, establishing strong market presence and delivering a high-end service.

This role suits someone commercially minded, confident in the living room, and excited by the idea of leading from the front.
