The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join an established estate agency in the Southampton area.

You’ll be an important part of the sales team, handling buyers and sellers, negotiating offers and helping drive transactions forward. This is a role for someone who enjoys the pace of estate agency and wants to play a key part in the success of the office.

• Registering buyers and identifying suitable properties
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Helping generate new business and maximise sales opportunities

You’ll need previous estate agency sales experience, strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients throughout the sales process. You should be commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working to targets.
