What’s the role?

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Negotiator to join an established Estate Agency sales team. If you’ve got strong negotiation skills, a passion for property sales, and thrive on converting leads and driving revenue — this is your next move.

You’ll be responsible for managing your own pipeline of viewings, offers and negotiations; converting leads into instructions and then into completed sales; building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers; and working closely with the sales manager and wider team to hit targets and deliver an exceptional client experience.
