What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-regarded independent estate agency operating in the Bishops Waltham area. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating deals and seeing transactions through from start to finish.

You’ll be responsible for managing viewings, negotiating offers, progressing sales and maintaining strong communication with vendors and buyers. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the sales operation and be trusted to handle quality instructions professionally.
