What’s the role?

We’re looking for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high-quality independent estate agency operating in the Dorset area.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys being busy, speaking to clients, negotiating deals and progressing sales through to completion. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, quality stock and the freedom to do your job properly.

Key parts of the role include:

• Conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Managing your sales pipeline
• Keeping vendors and buyers informed
• Supporting the wider team with instructions and progression
