What’s the role?

We’re looking for an organised and experienced Property Manager to work directly for a private landlord managing a portfolio of over 200 properties in Southampton. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing a large portfolio with excellent communication skills.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing maintenance, tenancy renewals, inspections, rent collection, and acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll join a supportive environment with clear systems and processes in place.
