What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a highly respected and long-established lettings business with an office in the New Milton area. They’re known for their premium service and loyal client base, and right now we’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their friendly and professional team.

This role would suit someone with solid Property Management experience who is confident managing a portfolio and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling maintenance issues, organising compliance and safety checks, managing inspections, and overseeing the full tenancy cycle.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit still—it’s busy, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive and making things happen.

Benefits:

• £30k – £35k basic depending on experience
