The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent estate agency in Poole, Dorset.

This is a senior, front-end lettings position with plenty of variety. You’ll be handling valuations and pitches, winning new business, negotiating lets, carrying out viewings when required and helping ensure the lettings process runs smoothly and compliantly.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Lettings and play an important part in the continued success and growth of an established lettings operation.
