The role

We’re recruiting for an accomplished Senior Branch Manager to lead a successful estate agency office in the Dorset area.

This is a role for a proven high performer who understands what it takes to run a substantial sales operation. We’re particularly interested in someone who has managed a branch producing around £500k+ turnover, or who can demonstrate comparable results in a strong-performing office.

• Leading the branch and taking responsibility for overall performance
• Driving instructions, sales, market share and profitability
• Developing and motivating an experienced sales team
• Maintaining exceptional standards of client service and presentation

You’ll need a strong estate agency track record, combining leadership with the commercial ability to generate business yourself. Experience within the mid to upper market, rural or distinctive property sector would be particularly relevant.
