The role

We’re recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a long-established independent estate agency based in Southampton.

This is a varied role supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process. You’ll be registering applicants, matching buyers to suitable properties, arranging viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales while delivering a high standard of customer service.

The role offers a good balance of customer interaction, sales progression and relationship building, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy estate agency office.
