What’s the role?

I’m recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a modern, independent estate agency operating in the Bournemouth area. This is a hands-on management role for someone who enjoys driving performance and being actively involved in the front end of the business.

Alongside managing and supporting the sales team, you’ll carry out valuations, win new instructions and help shape the overall sales operation. It’s a role with real responsibility, influence and variety — ideal for someone who likes to lead from the front.
