What’s the role?

I’m looking for a top-tier Sales Manager to join a very successful and fast-growing independent Estate Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s great with people, thrives in a busy environment, and knows how to lead from the front.

You won’t be doing valuations in this role — your focus will be on driving sales performance, supporting your team, progressing deals, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from offer to completion.

You’ll be working closely with an experienced, hands-on management team and overseeing a well-established office that’s already performing at a high level.
