What’s the role?

We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially-driven Sales Manager to take charge of a busy residential sales department in the Dorchester area. If you’re the kind of person who thrives on hitting targets, winning instructions, and leading from the front, this opportunity is absolutely made for you.

You’ll oversee the full sales pipeline — market appraisals, instructions, viewings, negotiations, offers, and sales progression — while keeping the team focused, motivated, and delivering top-tier service. You’ll also drive new business activity through touting, local presence and proactive lead generation, ensuring the department is always ahead of the competition.
