What’s the role?

I’m working with a well-established independent lettings business that’s now ready to grow and develop its residential sales offering across Southampton and towards Winchester.

They’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who’s ready to take the lead in building up the sales side — someone who’s just as confident winning instructions as they are selling homes and progressing sales right through to completion.

This is a genuine all-rounder role: you’ll be out there generating new business, carrying out valuations, building strong relationships with vendors, negotiating offers and seeing deals through to a smooth completion.
