What’s the role?
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join a reputable property agency in Poole. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who is driven to grow new business and lead a team.
You’ll be responsible for growing sales volume and income, managing residential property appraisals and instructions, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting with team management. You’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth sales progression.
