What’s the role?

I’m looking for a Lettings Property Manager to look after a fully managed portfolio of predominantly professional lets in and around the Portsmouth area. The company is a local independent Lettings agency with an excellent reputation built up over many years; providing great service to their Landlords and Tenants. The role is mainly to deal with both planned and adhoc maintenance issues arising in the portfolio, and to conduct regular inspection of the portfolio.
