The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join an established independent property business in Southampton.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, dealing directly with landlords and tenants and making sure issues are handled efficiently.

You’ll be managing maintenance and repairs, inspections, tenancy matters and the various problems that inevitably crop up during a tenancy.

• Manage day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Arrange and carry out property inspections
• Deal with tenancy renewals and ongoing tenancy matters
• Help ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant
• Resolve problems and keep landlords and tenants updated
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

They’re looking for someone with previous Property Management experience who is organised, confident dealing with people and comfortable taking ownership of their workload.

If you enjoy the variety of Property Management and like solving problems rather than simply passing them on, this could be a really good fit.
