What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a privately owned property investment company based in Bournemouth.

This is a portfolio management role overseeing residential flats owned by a single long-term landlord, rather than dealing with multiple individual clients. You’ll handle day-to-day property management including maintenance coordination, tenant communication, inspections, renewals and ensuring rent payments remain up to date.

You’ll also oversee property marketing for vacant units, arrange repairs and refurbishments when required, organise inventories and manage tenancy documentation — ensuring the portfolio runs smoothly and professionally.
