What’s the role?

I’m working closely with a Winchester based Lettings Agency and together we are looking for a Property Manager for their City centre-based office.

The Lettings Agency are an independent, locally owned company, who manage a large portfolio of residential property in and around Winchester. The day-to-day duties include among other this: solving maintenance problems, inspections, gas safety scheduling, check outs etc.
