The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-regarded independent estate agency based in New Milton, Hampshire.

This is a varied role managing your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll be handling maintenance issues, inspections, compliance, tenancy matters and general portfolio management, ensuring clients receive a high level of service throughout.

The role would suit someone organised, proactive and confident managing relationships while balancing multiple priorities.
