The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Maintenance Manager to join an established property business in Southampton.

This role concentrates on the maintenance side of residential Property Management. You’ll be the person coordinating repairs, dealing with maintenance issues and keeping landlords, tenants and contractors informed from the initial report through to completion.

• Managing maintenance and repair issues across the property portfolio
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Obtaining quotes, arranging works and monitoring progress
• Making sure problems are resolved efficiently and everyone is kept updated

You’ll need to be organised, practical and comfortable dealing with several issues at once. Previous Property Management or residential lettings experience would be particularly useful, along with the confidence to make decisions, prioritise problems and manage contractors effectively.
