The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Maintenance Manager to take responsibility for maintenance, building projects and service delivery across a substantial residential portfolio in Southampton.

This is a senior, hands-on role covering everything from day-to-day maintenance through to refurbishment projects. You’ll manage an in-house team, coordinate contractors, handle tenant and landlord communication, and ensure properties are maintained to a consistently high standard.

You’ll also be involved in planning improvement works, managing suppliers and keeping operations running efficiently.
