The role

We’re recruiting for a Pre-Tenancy Manager to join a well-regarded independent lettings agent based in the New Forest.

This is a fast-paced role managing the entire process between an offer being agreed and a tenant moving into their new home. You’ll be responsible for progressing references, Right to Rent checks, tenancy agreements, deposits, compliance and communication with landlords and tenants throughout the process.

You’ll be the central point of contact, ensuring every tenancy is completed smoothly, professionally and on time.
