Here’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced Valuer / Lister / Senior Sales Negotiator to take ownership of their own patch in The New Forest — covering areas like Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, and surrounding villages.

You’ll manage your own listings, conduct viewings, care for your clients, and negotiate sales, building your reputation and business locally with the full backing of a well-established independent agency.

This is a full-time employed role offering a solid basic salary and a generous commission structure — with OTE of £50k–£70k+ for strong performers.
