What’s the role?

Here’s a seriously exciting opportunity for an experienced Valuer / Lister / Senior Sales Negotiator to step away from the grind and into something more autonomous, rewarding and long-term.

You’ll take charge of your own patch in Southampton — specifically areas like Upper Shirley, Bassett, Highfield, Shirley, Rownhams and Nursling — handling your own listings, viewings, client care and negotiations. You’ll build your name and your business locally, backed by a highly regarded independent agency with the infrastructure to support your success.

This is a full-time employed role with a solid basic and excellent commission structure — OTE £50k–£70k+, and more if you’re exceptional.
