What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency based in Winchester. This role is 3 days per week and would suit someone looking to return to work on a part-time basis while staying hands-on in property management.

You’ll manage the day-to-day running of a residential lettings portfolio, including maintenance coordination, contractor liaison, inspections, compliance and landlord/tenant communication. It’s a structured, practical role where organisation and good communication are key.
