The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a long-established independent estate agency covering Winchester and the surrounding Hampshire villages.

This is a part-time role working 3 full days per week, managing your own portfolio of residential properties and clients. You’ll be handling day-to-day maintenance issues, inspections, landlord and tenant communication, compliance and general portfolio management.

The role is varied and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering a high level of service rather than simply firefighting maintenance issues.
