What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for a highly organised New Homes Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to support a growing property company based in The New Forest.

This is a varied role combining new homes coordination with wider marketing support across the business. You’ll be involved in launching developments, managing property marketing across multiple platforms and ensuring campaigns, listings and systems run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the Sales, New Homes and Marketing teams — coordinating everything from development launches and CRM updates to social media, email campaigns and marketing materials. It’s a role for someone who enjoys structure, detail and keeping things moving behind the scenes.
