What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to support a growing new homes operation, selling a pipeline of residential development sites. This is a newly created role, primarily office-based in the New Forest, and ideal for someone who enjoys structured sales, developer relationships and seeing schemes progress from launch to completion.

You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries, managing buyer journeys, progressing reservations and working closely with developers to ensure sites are marketed and sold effectively. As new instructions continue to come on, you’ll play a key role in helping the business scale its new homes offering.
