What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for a driven Listing Branch Manager to lead and grow a successful estate agency operation across the Ferndown area.

This is a front-end, listings-led role focused on winning instructions, building market share and driving performance. You’ll be out in the market valuing property, advising vendors and converting opportunities, while also leading the team to deliver consistently strong results.

You’ll take ownership of the branch’s performance — setting standards, supporting negotiators and ensuring a high level of service from valuation through to completion.
