The role

We’re recruiting for an Lettings Office Manager to join a privately owned property investment, development and lettings business based in Southampton.

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy office covering lettings, property management, administration and service delivery. You’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly, supporting staff, improving processes and ensuring high standards are maintained across the business.

You’ll also work closely with directors, tenants, landlords and contractors, acting as a central point of coordination within a fast-moving environment.
