The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join an established estate and lettings agency in Southampton.

This is a hands-on lettings role for someone who already knows the industry and is ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be involved across the front end of the lettings process, building relationships with landlords and tenants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets and helping generate new business.

The Southampton operation is locally owned and has been active in the city’s property market for more than 20 years, combining an independent approach with the backing and reach of a national brand.
