The role

We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join an established property business in Southampton.

This is a busy, customer-facing role where you’ll be dealing with prospective tenants, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and helping take tenancies through from initial enquiry to move-in.

The business has an established lettings and property management operation covering Southampton and the surrounding areas, so you’ll be joining an experienced team with a strong local presence.

• Register and qualify prospective tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers and agree tenancies

They’re looking for someone confident, personable and commercially minded who enjoys dealing with people and getting deals agreed.

Previous lettings or estate agency experience would be ideal, and you’ll need to be organised enough to keep on top of a busy workload while still providing a good level of service.
