The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a successful independent estate and lettings agency in Southampton.

This is a hands-on, front-end lettings role where you’ll be dealing with landlords and tenants, registering applicants, matching people to suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating lets.

You’ll be joining an established local business that has been operating in Southampton since 2008, with an experienced team covering lettings, property management and sales. Their approach is very much built around personal service, relationships and local knowledge.
