What’s the role?

We’re looking for a personable and driven Lettings Negotiator to join a busy lettings office in the Fareham area. This role involves guiding tenants through the rental process, supporting landlords, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry to move-in day.

You’ll be managing calls and emails, booking and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and helping progress tenancies. It’s a varied, people-focused role that suits someone who enjoys fast-paced work and building strong relationships.
