The role

We’re recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a well-established independent estate agency based in Eastleigh.

This is a front-end role focused on winning instructions, developing landlord relationships and driving the continued growth of the lettings department. You’ll be carrying out valuations, helping increase market share and ensuring clients receive the high levels of service the business is known for.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of lettings and wants the autonomy to make a genuine impact.
