The role

We’re recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a well-established independent estate agency based in Southampton.

This is a front-end role focused on winning instructions, developing landlord relationships and overseeing the day-to-day lettings operation. You’ll be involved in valuations, growing the managed portfolio and ensuring a high standard of service across the department.

The role would suit someone commercially minded who enjoys the relationship-building side of lettings and wants to play a visible part in a growing business.
