The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Valuer / Lister to join an established estate agency in the Southampton area.

This is a front-end sales role for someone who enjoys getting out on valuations, meeting potential vendors and turning market appraisals into instructions. You’ll play an important part in generating new business and increasing the office’s market share.

· Carrying out market appraisals and winning instructions
· Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
· Following up valuations and converting opportunities
· Generating new business and supporting office growth

You’ll need previous estate agency experience and a strong understanding of the local residential sales market. Just as importantly, you’ll be confident in front of vendors, commercially minded and comfortable taking responsibility for generating business.
