What’s the role?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Progressor to join a well-established estate agency team in the Portsmouth area. This role is all about keeping property transactions moving smoothly from offer to completion — liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents to ensure timelines are met and issues are resolved quickly.

You’ll be managing a pipeline of sales, chasing paperwork, updating clients, and troubleshooting delays. It’s a fast-paced, problem-solving role that suits someone who thrives on organisation and clear communication.
