What’s the role?

We’re recruiting for an ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join a well-established estate agency operating within the Gosport market.

This is a hands-on role supporting the Branch Manager, focused on driving sales performance, supporting the team and progressing transactions. You’ll be involved in valuations, negotiating offers, managing pipelines and ensuring a high standard of service across the branch.

It’s a step up role for a strong Senior Negotiator ready to take on more responsibility and move into management.
