The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a well-established independent estate agency in Lyndhurst, in the heart of the New Forest.

You’ll take responsibility for progressing agreed residential sales through to exchange and completion, keeping everyone informed and making sure transactions move forward as smoothly as possible.

It’s a busy, varied position where good communication, organisation and the ability to solve problems really make a difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing agreed sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other estate agents
• Identifying potential delays, resolving issues and keeping transactions on track
• Providing regular updates and maintaining accurate sales progression records

We’re looking for someone with a good understanding of the residential sales process, ideally gained in a dedicated Sales Progression role or within estate agency.

You’ll need to be organised, persistent and confident dealing with people, particularly when transactions become complicated or deadlines are approaching.

Previous experience progressing property sales is important, as you’ll need to be comfortable taking ownership of transactions without extensive training.
