The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join an established property investment business in Bournemouth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys residential property management but would prefer to work outside the traditional lettings agency environment.

Rather than dealing with numerous individual landlords, you’ll be responsible for properties owned by one professional landlord, allowing you to concentrate on the properties, the tenants and keeping everything running smoothly.

It’s a varied, hands-on position covering the day-to-day management of an established residential portfolio, including:

• Arranging maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works
• Dealing with tenant enquiries, tenancy renewals and property inspections
• Coordinating inventories, move-ins and tenancy documentation
• Preparing vacant properties for marketing and new tenancies

We’re looking for someone with a solid background in residential property management who can take ownership of their workload and confidently manage the demands of a busy portfolio.

You’ll need to be organised, practical and comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors and the everyday challenges that come with managing residential properties.
