An experienced Property Manager looking for a busy, straightforward working environment? Join an established independent agency with no weekend working.

The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join an established independent estate and lettings agency in Waterlooville, Hampshire area.

You’ll be joining a friendly, experienced team in a busy office where people are trusted to get on with their jobs. This is an initial 12-month appointment providing maternity cover, with a planned handover to help you settle into the role.

Working alongside the existing property management team, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of a residential lettings portfolio of approximately 540 managed properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs, dealing with contractors and resolving issues
• Managing referencing, tenancy paperwork and associated administration
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure matters are dealt with efficiently
• Supporting the wider property management team with the smooth running of the portfolio

We’re looking for someone with previous residential property management experience who understands the demands of managing tenancies and can confidently handle a busy workload.

You’ll need to be organised, practical and comfortable dealing with the everyday challenges that come with property management.

What’s on offer

• Basic salary of £30,000, with OTE around £35,000
• Monday to Friday, 8.45am–6pm — no Saturdays
• Established independent agency with an experienced team
• Initial 12-month contract with a planned handover
