The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Negotiator / Property Inspector to join a busy and established estate and lettings agency in Southampton.

This is a varied position combining the front-end responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator with regular property inspections. You’ll work with landlords and tenants, conduct viewings and help agree lets, while also visiting managed properties and reporting on their condition.

• Registering applicants, arranging viewings and negotiating lets
• Carrying out routine inspections of managed properties
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing your diary and working independently across Southampton

You’ll need previous residential lettings experience, strong communication skills and the confidence to manage your own workload. Good knowledge of Southampton and the surrounding area would be useful, and a full driving licence is essential.
