The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join an established property business in Southampton.

This is a front-end lettings role focused on valuations, winning instructions and developing landlord relationships. You’ll be responsible for creating new opportunities and converting them into business, working closely with the wider lettings team to maximise the department’s growth.

• Carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions
• Building relationships with new and existing landlords
• Following up valuations and converting opportunities
• Generating new business and increasing market share

You’ll need previous residential lettings experience and the confidence to advise landlords on pricing, marketing and the local rental market. You should be commercially minded, personable and comfortable taking responsibility for generating business.
