The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Lettings Manager to take responsibility for an established lettings operation in Southampton.

This is a hands-on management role combining business generation, valuations and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving the department forward, winning new instructions and ensuring the team delivers a consistently strong service to landlords and tenants.

• Winning new instructions and carrying out lettings valuations
• Developing relationships with new and existing landlords
• Leading, supporting and motivating the lettings team
• Driving performance, business generation and office growth

You’ll need a strong background in residential lettings, with the confidence to win business and build relationships with landlords. Previous management experience would be ideal, although an accomplished Valuer or Assistant Manager ready for greater responsibility could also be considered.
