The role

We’re recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Property Manager to join an established estate and lettings agency in Southampton.

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, dealing with landlords and tenants and making sure properties, maintenance and compliance are properly looked after.

The role will include:

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Managing check-ins, check-outs and inventories
• Property inspections and follow-up
• Handling deposit and TDS disputes
• Keeping records and compliance documentation up to date
• Resolving the day-to-day issues that come with managing a busy portfolio
