The role

We’re recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a well-regarded independent estate agency based in New Milton.

This is a front-end role combining residential sales with market appraisals, helping drive the continued success of a busy office. You’ll be negotiating offers, progressing sales, carrying out valuations and building lasting relationships with vendors and buyers.

The role would suit an experienced estate agent who enjoys winning business while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day sales process.
