The role

We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a growing independent lettings agency based in Lee-On-the-Solent, Hampshire.

This is a front-end role involving viewings, negotiating lets, registering applicants and building relationships with landlords and tenants. You’ll be helping applicants find their next home while ensuring landlords receive a professional and efficient service throughout the lettings process.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop a long-term career within property.
