The role

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a growing independent lettings agency based in the Fareham area of Hampshire.

This is a hands-on role managing a portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll be responsible for maintenance coordination, inspections, tenancy matters, compliance and helping ensure the portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally.

The role would suit someone organised, proactive and comfortable balancing customer service with the operational side of property management.
