The role

We’re recruiting for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join a growing independent lettings agency based in the Fareham area of Hampshire.

This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the branch while helping drive business growth and team performance. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, assisting with operations, supporting colleagues, handling client enquiries and helping ensure the office continues to deliver excellent service.

The role would suit someone with lettings experience who is looking for their next step, although strong customer service and leadership skills are equally important.
